Debra's glass additions are all first created in clay. The Cornu,( Latin for horn) were each  created on the potter's wheel with clay. Each were shaped when the clay was soft and as it harden, Debra carved the design. The process of glass casting starts with a wax mold from this original.  The smaller Cornu Edition is finished, but the larger is still available. 

 The larger Cornu, finished in 2020, was meant to be placed on a closed vessel, but placing it across an open form works well too.  These are truly fun pieces, as each one is hand thrown and then  ”altered”;  making each one uniquely different from the next. 

Debra will be retiring this design. Only a few more of each size horn are available.
